GCS drawer cabinet is an advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear with a modular design, suitable for power distribution systems in various industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings. Its features include clear functional unit separation (functional unit room, busbar room, cable room), interchangeable drawers, and mechanical interlocks to improve operational safety and reliability. GCS low voltage withdrawable drawer switchgear adopts assembled 8MF C-shaped profile steel frame with 20mm modular mounting holes, eliminating integral welding deformation. The internal frame undergoes hot-dip galvanizing anti-rust treatment, while external panels are processed with electrostatic epoxy plastic spraying, delivering long-term resistance against corrosion, scratches and aging to adapt to complex industrial environments. Metal partition plates divide the cabinet into three fully independent sealed compartments: rear horizontal main busbar compartment, front drawer functional unit compartment and right-side cable wiring compartment. The isolated layout effectively blocks arc flash and short-circuit faults from spreading across circuits, greatly boosting system operation safety. The cabinet supports IP30/IP40 optional protection grades, preventing accidental contact with live parts and blocking large dust ingress. Natural top ventilation louvers ensure stable heat dissipation during continuous heavy-load operation.
Drawer units adopt 160mm height modulus, covering 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit specifications, with unified width & depth dimensions for full interchangeability. Each drawer owns three standard mechanical positions: separation position, test position and working position with clear visual indicators. Mandatory mechanical interlock is equipped on every drawer: the drawer door remains locked when main circuit breaker is closed; the main circuit automatically disconnects once the drawer is pulled to separation position, completely eliminating live maintenance electric shock risks. Each single cabinet can hold up to 22 sets of 1/2-unit drawers or 11 sets of full-unit drawers, realizing high-density circuit layout. Faulty drawer modules can be replaced with spare units within minutes without cutting off power of the whole cabinet, minimizing production downtime losses. Standardized plug-in terminals are adopted for primary and secondary circuits, featuring stable contact and low plugging force.
This equipment applies to AC 50/60Hz three-phase 4-wire or 5-wire low voltage power distribution systems, rated operational voltage up to 660V, maximum horizontal main bus rated current up to 4000A, vertical branch bus maximum 2000A. It fully complies with IEC 61439-2 and GB 7251 national standards, with excellent short-time and peak withstand current capacity. Customers can flexibly configure internal components including air circuit breakers, molded case breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, soft starters, energy meters, reactive power compensation modules and intelligent monitoring instruments. Reserved RS485 communication interfaces support remote data collection, real-time signal feedback and unattended intelligent power management, matching digital workshop automatic control demands.
