This GCK withdrawable switchgear adopts assembled C-shaped steel frame instead of integral welding structure. The inner frame is hot-dip galvanized for anti-rust performance, and the outer cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic plastic spraying, which resists corrosion, scratch and aging for long-term industrial use. The cabinet is divided into four completely independent compartments by metal partitions: top horizontal busbar room, vertical busbar chamber, cable wiring area and drawer unit area. Separate isolation design prevents fault arcing and short-circuit failure from spreading to other circuits, greatly improving system safety during operation. The whole set reaches IP40 protection grade, which blocks large dust and avoids accidental touch of live parts by workers.

Metal partition plates divide the cabinet into four fully independent compartments: top horizontal busbar compartment, vertical busbar compartment, cable wiring compartment and drawer unit compartment. This isolated layout effectively restricts fault arcs and short-circuit faults from spreading to other circuits, significantly lifting overall system operational safety. The entire cabinet achieves IP40 protection class, blocking large particle dust and preventing accidental contact with live conductive components by operators.
All drawer functional units are fully interchangeable, featuring three standard mechanical positions: separation position, test position and working position. Each drawer is fitted with a mandatory mechanical interlock mechanism. The drawer door is locked and cannot be opened when the main circuit breaker is closed; the main circuit will automatically cut off once the drawer is pulled to the separation position. This foolproof design thoroughly eliminates electric shock risks during inspection and maintenance. Drawer modules of various specifications can be freely combined based on actual load power, covering small motor control loops and large-capacity outgoing feeder circuits. Faulty drawers can be replaced with spare units in minutes, drastically reducing system downtime and production losses.
This equipment applies to AC 50/60Hz three-phase 4-wire or 5-wire power distribution systems, with a rated operational voltage up to 660V and a maximum rated current of 4000A for the horizontal main busbar. It fully complies with international standard IEC 60439 and national standard GB 7251, possessing stable short-circuit withstand capability.
