The GGD type low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment in AC 50Hz power distribution systems with a rated operating voltage of 380V and a rated current up to 6300A. This product features high breaking capacity, a rated short-time withstand current of up to 50kA, flexible circuit design, convenient combination, strong practicality, and a novel structure. It is one of the representative products of assembled, fixed panel switchgear in my country.
GGD low voltage fixed switchgear adopts assembled cold-formed steel frame structure with full bolt connection, no welding deformation. The internal frame is processed by hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention, and the outer cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic plastic spraying, which has outstanding anti-corrosion, scratch-resistant and anti-aging performance for long-term indoor industrial use. The cabinet is divided into independent instrument compartment, main busbar compartment and cable compartment by metal partition plates. The isolated structural design avoids mutual interference between live components and control parts, and limits the spread of short-circuit faults. The top of the cabinet is equipped with natural ventilation louvers for heat dissipation, and the overall protection grade reaches IP30 to prevent accidental touch of live parts and dust accumulation.
All electrical components are fixedly installed on the cabinet mounting beam, supporting flexible layout of incoming, feeder, metering and compensation circuits. The cabinet door is equipped with mechanical interlock matching the main circuit isolating switch. The cabinet door can only be opened after the isolating switch is disconnected, effectively preventing live opening operation. The top horizontal main busbar and vertical branch busbar adopt high-conductivity copper bars with insulating wrapping, which features excellent heat dissipation and dynamic thermal stability. The wiring space of the cable compartment is sufficient, convenient for cable arrangement and overhaul. The whole cabinet can be combined with multiple units to form a complete low-voltage power distribution system.
This equipment is applicable to AC 50/60Hz three-phase 4-wire or 5-wire power distribution system, rated working voltage up to 660V, maximum main bus rated current up to 3150A. It strictly complies with IEC 60439 and GB 7251 standards, with reliable short-circuit withstand capacity. Users can freely configure air circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, current transformers, energy meters, reactive power compensation devices and intelligent monitoring instruments. Reserved RS485 communication interfaces support remote data upload and centralized power monitoring, realizing digital intelligent power distribution management.
