GGJ reactive power compensation cabinet adopts standard bolt-assembled profile steel frame without welding deformation. The cabinet frame undergoes hot-dip galvanizing anti-rust treatment, and the outer shell is finished with electrostatic epoxy plastic spraying, featuring excellent anti-corrosion, scratch-resistant and anti-aging performance to adapt to long-term indoor industrial operation. The interior is reasonably partitioned into independent control instrument area, main busbar area and capacitor compensation compartment via metal separation plates. The isolated layout effectively avoids heat accumulation and mutual interference between control elements and capacitor banks. The cabinet is equipped with top ventilation ducts and automatic temperature-controlled cooling fans to discharge heat generated by capacitors during operation, and the overall protection grade reaches IP30 to prevent accidental contact with live components and dust intrusion.
The cabinet is equipped with intelligent power factor automatic controller as the core control unit, which tracks real-time grid reactive load changes and automatically switches capacitor groups in graded steps. It adopts zero-crossing switching technology to realize surge-free capacitor input, eliminating impact current and extending the service life of capacitors and switching components. All compensation modules are modular and interchangeable, supporting independent single-group maintenance without shutting down the whole cabinet. The controller supports real-time display of power factor, voltage, current and reactive power data, with power-off parameter memory function; it can automatically resume operation after power recovery without manual reset. Optional series reactors can be matched to suppress grid harmonic interference and protect capacitors from harmonic damage.
This equipment is applicable to AC 50/60Hz three-phase 4-wire low voltage power distribution systems with rated voltage 0.4kV, fully complying with IEC 60439 and GB/T 15576 industry standards. It integrates complete multi-dimensional protection functions: short-circuit protection, overload protection, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, phase loss protection, overtemperature protection and harmonic overcurrent protection. When abnormal grid conditions occur, the system will automatically cut off the compensation loop to avoid capacitor breakdown and equipment damage. Customers can flexibly configure dry-type low-loss compensation capacitors, AC contactors, fuses, reactors, energy meters and RS485 communication modules for remote monitoring and data uploading, realizing intelligent unattended power quality management.
