HXGN-40.5 high voltage vacuum ring network switchgear adopts an integrated fully enclosed modular structure. The whole cabinet is divided into independent functional compartments including busbar compartment, vacuum switch compartment, cable compartment and control instrument compartment. The isolated structural design avoids cross-interference between live parts and effectively restricts fault diffusion. The cabinet is assembled with high-strength anti-corrosion steel plates, featuring high overall rigidity, stable structure and good airtight performance.
The equipment is equipped with high-performance standardized vacuum power distribution components to ensure stable and reliable operation, including: 40.5kV high-voltage vacuum load switch, vacuum circuit breaker, earthing switch, high-insulation busbar, current transformers (CT), voltage transformers (VT), high-voltage live display indicators and complete interlock protection devices. All core components are precisely installed and calibrated to guarantee excellent breaking performance and long service life.
The cabinet adopts bolted assembly process with overall enclosed and dustproof design, realizing high structural stability and protection performance. The optimized internal layout achieves reasonable separation of live parts and operating mechanisms, facilitating daily inspection and maintenance. Equipped with professional pressure relief channels, the cabinet can effectively release internal overpressure caused by arc faults to avoid equipment damage and personal injury.
HXGN-40.5 ring network switchgear is equipped with a complete standardized five-prevention mechanical interlock system to prevent all kinds of operational missteps, ensuring foolproof and standardized operation:
1. When the vacuum load switch or circuit breaker is in closed state, the earthing switch cannot be closed, and the cabinet door is locked;
2. The earthing switch can only be closed after the vacuum switch is fully opened;
3. The cabinet door can only be opened safely when the earthing switch is closed and the system is fully grounded;
4. It is forbidden to close the earthing switch when the busbar or cable compartment is live;
5. The live compartment is equipped with electromagnetic locking protection to prevent accidental opening in live state, ensuring maximum operational safety.
